Scholarship Fundraiser
Proceeds from this show go toward scholarships for deserving Lewisville ISD students.

This celebration of the mating game takes on the truths and myths behind that contemporary conundrum known as “the relationship”. Four actors take on the lives of over forty characters as they face the trials and tribulations of dealing with dating, romance, marriage, infidelity and in-laws.

Tickets for this scholarship fundraiser are $15 for all patrons.

Nicole Andoga (Woman #1: Jennifer) is proud to return to GLCT after an almost ten year absence.  During that time she has performed professionally and regionally and for two years with The First National Broadway tour of Oklahoma! in the ensemble (fancy word for "Third girl from the left, soprano").  She could list many favorite roles (Vicky in The Full Monty, or Rosemary in How to Succeed in Business...) but would rather use her space to thank her amazing family, especially Mom and Dad, who continue to encourage (and fund) her dreams, and to give kudos to a cast who made her laugh so hard she cried.  Thanks!!!

Stephen Bates (Man #2: Jordan) is very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a stellar cast and especially proud to be working with Alan again.  Stephen's other area credits include Best Little Whorehouse in Texas at the Contemporary Theatre of Dallas, Once Upon a Mattress at ICT Mainstage, Evita at Lyric Stage and most recently in Watertower Theatre's production of Parade and The Music Man.
Philip Bentham (Man # 1: Robert) has acted all over Dallas on stage and in film.  He is completely single and VERY available and ready to find someone who will Love him, and will think he is Perfect, and, of course, will want him to Change. Courtney Franklin (Woman #2: Melissa) is making her debut performance with GLCT.  She just completed a run of Mack and Mabel at Theatre Three where she played Lottie Ames and Tapped Her Troubles Away.  Other credits include Susan in tick...  tick...  B00M!, Ellie in The Wild Party, April in The Life and Sally Simpson in The Who's Tommy, all with Uptown Players, where she received a Column Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical.  "Much love to my nine month old nephew Colten, .  who I'm sure will be my biggest fan when he is old enough to see me perform.  Aunt CoCo loves you!"

Alan Hanna (Director) has been involved in directing, choreographing, stage managing, and many other aspects of theatre producing for many years.  He has worked with such organizations as Garland Summer Musicals, Theatre Three, Piano Repertory Theatre, Richardson Theatre Centre, and Irving Community Theatre - just to name a few! Performance credits include Man #2 in I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change; Schroeder in You're A Good Man Charlie Brown; Cornelius Hack in Hello Dolly; Hawkeye "Walter" Moon/Margaret Mead in Hair, Hucklebee in The Fantastiks and Ray-Bud in Dearly Departed.  Alan is also the winner of a 2006 Column Award.  "It'snice to be back at GLCT where I got to direct my very first show almost 15 years ago."  Carlos, love and Thanks!!!!

Stacey Street (Stage Manager) is excited to be working with GLCT for the first time.  Her most recent theatre work has included stage managing Dearly Departed at Irving Community Theatre and working in props for Hello Dolly at Garland Summer Musicals.  She has also worked recently backstage at Theatre Three's production of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change.  Stacy would like to thank her family and Janel for their constant encouragement and support.

Larry Miller (Music Director) played for Dear Edwina "Junior" at the very successful children's theatre camp at the Labyrinth Theatre in Richardson.  He has served as the Musical Director at Garland Summer Musicals for the 2004-06 seasons as well as involvement with numerous musical projects.  He has also played for many musical productions, including for Ann Margaret, Carol Channing, Joel Grey, Gavin McLeod and Yul Brynner.  Larry currently teaches voice and piano in the Keller/Southlake areas and has just concluded filming a commercial for Gamestop, where he was the featured principle actor.

John Damian, Sr.  (Technical Director) has had the pleasure of working at GLCT for nearly nine years and has been the lighting designer for many of the shows, including Cabaret, The Sound of Music, Cactus Flower, The Foreigner, The Rainmaker and 84 Charring Cross Road.  He has not only worked on sets and lights but has headed up the many renovation projects of the theatre.  John realizes that without his wife and family's support, he would not be able to continue to enjoy this wondrous adventure and wishes all could know the joy of working in theatre.

Taylor Jacobs (Set Designer) is designing his first show for GLCT and is thrilled to be a part of it.  Taylor will be attending the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music in the fall and will be majoring in Lighting Design with a second emphasis in Scenic Design.  He attended Flower Mound High School and was a part of Into the Woods, which won second runner-up in the State One Act Play competition.  He has won numerous awards on the state level for scenic design.  Taylor would like to thank his family for always being there for him.

Lynn Mauldin (Props Manager) has been working steadily in set design, props, and stage management since 1966.  A rough estimate places her set designs at 2, propping of shows at about 200, and stage managing at about 40 since that time.  She recently received two Column awards for stage managing; one for Joseph...Dreamcoat at the Eismann Center and the other for Proposals at GCT.  As always, she is indebted to the cast and production crew for placing their trust in her and thanks them from the bottom of her heart (Thanks again, Alan).  Semper Fi!!
