GLCT's Scholarship Program

Each year GLCT awards a scholarship to a deserving Lewisville ISD student who intends to pursue a theatre arts degree. Applications are available each April from your high school's arts department director.

Past Winners

Joshua Jacobs(2007) from Marcus High School; Plans to go to Collin County Community College then to Julliard School of Drama to get a degree in Sound and Lighting Design as well as Stage Management.
Jack Yates(2006) from Marcus High School; Jack will be attending Oklahoma City University's Technical Theatre Program.
Haley Moore(2005) from The Colony High School; Haley went to Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls.
Abby West(2005) from Marcus High School; Abby went to Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
Molly Ball and Grant Jasper(2004) from Lewisville High School; Molly went to Sam Houston State University, and Grant went to Wayland Baptist University in Plainview.
Lauren Williamson and Ashlee Andrews(2003) Lauren Williamson attended The University of North Texas in Denton, and Ashlee Andrews attended Southwestern University in Georgetown.
James Hussel(2002) a graduate of Marcus High School, went to Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.
Emmy Gladney & Jessica Dal Canton (2001) from Marcus High School– Emmy went to Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in three years with a double major: Music Theatre and Acting/Directing. Jessica went to the University of North Texas in Denton.
