TICKET POLICY

In an ongoing effort to ensure the safety, security and convenience of our patrons and performers at Lewisville Playhouse, we ask that you please take a moment and review our policies. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager/Usher during appropriate pauses in the performance as a courtesy to other audience members. However, not all performances have late seating opportunities, so please arrive on time. Please check your tickets, as performance times may vary.​​​​​​​

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS! Exchanges may be offered as a courtesy (subject to a $5 fee) and must be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE. In the event of a cancellation by management for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued and may not include service fees (i.e., Order Fees, Operations Fees, Shipping Fees, etc). Season ticket holders receive complimentary exchanges.

• Tickets may be picked up one hour before each performance.

• Seating will begin approximating 20 minutes before each performance.

• All unclaimed tickets will be released 5 minutes before curtain.

• Children under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the theater.

• Please consider the effects of strong perfumes and colognes on those seated around you.

• If you leave the theatre during the performance you may not be allowed to return to your seat. 

• All cell phones, pagers, PDA Alarms, etc. must be turned off prior to the beginning of the performance.

• Firearms are not allowed in the theatre.

• No outside food or drink allowed in the theatre.

• Performance, artists, and pricing subject to change without notice.

• Due to licensing and federal copyright laws, the use of cameras, video recording devices, and cellular phones of any type is strictly prohibited.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT OR PERFORMANCE WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID SHOW. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER OF INJURY AND YOU AGREE THAT THE MANAGEMENT, ITS AGENTS, AND THE PERFORMERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES.

 

NO TRANSMISSION OR AIDING IN TRANSMITTING ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT OR PERFORMANCE. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REASONABLE SEARCH FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS. YOU FURTHER CONSENT TO THE USE OF YOUR IMAGE OR LIKENESS INCIDENTAL TO ANY DISPLAY, TRANSMISSION, OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT.

 

LEWISVILLE PLAYHOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to: rude or obnoxious behavior, mistreatment of any staff member or volunteer, the use of foul language, public intoxication, smoking in non-designated areas, loud conversations during any production, and cell phone and/or pager use during the production.
