Hello GLCT Supporters and Friends,
We miss seeing you. Our planned "Five to Thrive" lineup for the year included:
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (A witty musical comedy)
Godspell 2012 (A revival version of a much beloved musical)
Native Gardens (A play with a comic look at class privilege and cultural divisions)
Laughter on the 23rd Floor (A play based on Neil Simon’s experiences as a TV show writer)
A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder (A hilarious musical and a murderous romp)
As the months have passed, we have been forced to postpone each production and the board voted in January to set aside Laughter on the 23rd Floor for now. The consolation is that theaters and other arts groups across the country, including those in New York City, have all had to take this path. We will be back as soon as it is safe to do so.
